About Us

We established The Foundation to honor Parisi Academy's legacy of excellence and its mission to shape student-athletes into exemplary role models. In 2024, after being a part of Parisi Academy for several years, we found ourselves having conversations with families that ended with “we cannot afford…” We would make phone calls on behalf of our student-athletes, submit stellar recommendations, and have our students’ performances speak for themselves, only to have those words resurface. To no fault of their own, student-athletes are being derailed from their academic and athletic goals. As experienced educators for close to 20 years, who started our careers in lower-income districts, this sounded all too familiar. Why are these students denied the opportunity for greatness solely due to financial hardships? And so the Foundation was born. Providing an even playing field for all student-athletes.

At the Student Athlete Foundation, our mission is to improve the lives of deserving student-athletes by raising funds that support both academic and athletic achievement. We are committed to empowering student-athletes who face financial hardship—those who not only demonstrate excellence in their sport but also maintain high academic performance and exemplify strong character. We aim to provide these remarkable individuals with the resources and guidance they need to thrive both on the field and in the classroom, fostering their growth as well-rounded individuals.
