Student Athlete Foundation is committed to protecting students and families in today’s digital world. Participation in our programs does not limit a student-athlete’s independent NIL opportunities. Families remain in control of their information, and additional, detailed obligations apply only if a scholarship is accepted and a separate Scholarship Acceptance Agreement is signed.

The Foundation does not act as an agent, broker, or representative for NIL opportunities.
